19. The Rectory, Søborgstræde 11.
Built in 1831 as one of the first brick-built houses in Rønne, designed by chartered surveyor Henning Pedersen,
who also designed the town hall on Store Torv in 1834 and owned Erichsens Gård in Laksegade (27).
